I accidentally injected thc tincture into my fingertip

I was injecting gummies with with a ticture I made using flower and ever clear and accidentally stabbed my finger instead of the gummy.
I tried to suck it back out ss soon as it happened. It has been 20 mins since it happened should I be concerned.
